Recommended Posts

Sunday 14 October 2018

Join the Lotus Drivers Club on Sunday 14th October for a visit to the National Memorial Arboretum. We will be meeting at the Hilltop Farm Shop & Cafe, where the Clubs popular Midlands breakfast meeting will be taking place from 9:00am onwards for those who would like to join us. We will be leaving the Hilltop Farm Shop & Cafe at 11.30am and taking a leisurely drive across to the National Memorial Arboretum. For those who would prefer not to have breakfast please meet us fifteen minutes before, ready to leave at 11.30am.

The National Memorial Arboretum is located across 150 acres of woodland with a collection of over 300 memorials in tribute to those who have served and continue to serve our country. There will be an optional guided tour of the Arboretum by train. There is no charge to visit the Arboretum, however there is a nominal parking fee of £3.00 per vehicle. Click here to pay.

If you would like to confirm that you will be attending this event, or would like further information please contact Stuart Mason: s.mason@lotusdriversclub.org.uk

Could I request anyone interested in attending the NMA to confirm with Stuart Mason. This will give the NMA a guide to the number of cars attending and the amount of space required for our designated parking area in front of the NMA (we will have our own parking area).

The NMA is an exceptional venue,  definitely worth a visit. It also has a very good restaurant and coffee bar, if you would like a meal or just a drink.

Colin,

I think you’ll find the charge is to feed the ticket machine in the car park, think it would be a bit of a pain collecting money in advance and then someone (CJ) having to buy a ticket for every car.

Easier if people pay on arrival.

Add me to the list.

Andy- Lotus.
