  1. Hi all, Proud to say I''m now an owner of my first Lotus! Some of you guys might've seen the car on eBay recently, I have purchased a metallic blue Esprit Turbo S3 with a leaking waterpump. Like most of you, I'm a classic car enthusiast with a small collection of cars which enjoyably takes up my time on the weekends tinkering on. On purchasing the Esprit with the intention of getting the water pump fixed/replaced, Id like to know from you the best/cheapest/easiest solution for getting this problem fixed so I can enjoy driving her! I'm based in London, would like to know where the best mechanic is for Lotus? Also how much could I expect to spend on replacing the water pump? Does the engine need to come out? Is this a job I could try and do myself? Any information/tips on getting her back into the road would be greatly appreciated! Look forward to your replies, Many thanks, John
