  1. Friday 8 May – Monday 11 May 2020 We’re excited to announce that the Lotus Drivers Club will be returning to Saundersfoot in 2020 for another Driving Adventure along the Pembrokeshire Coast. Started back in 2016 by David and Sian, this annual Driving Adventure has become one of the clubs most popular and successful events. The weekend will cover parts of Pembrokeshire from the seaside town of Tenby in the South, along the coast to Sprinkle Haven, St David’s, Fishguard and The Preseli Hills and Mountains in the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park. We aim to supply a mix of breathtaking driving roads and scenic view points. Limited accommodation has been reserved at The Gower Hotel in Saundersfoot, available exclusively to members for £80.00 (double room) until 31 January 2020. There is a variety of alternative accommodation available in Saundersfoot which can be found by visiting www.visitsaundersfootbay.com. Monday, 25 May 2020 We are pleased to announce that after a successful inaugural meeting of Lotus owners at Gawsworth Hall in September 2019 we have been invited back to Gawsworth for 2020 where we will be joining the successful ‘Youngtimer Car Show’ taking place on Bank Holiday Monday. The Youngtimer car show celebrates more recent cherished classics, taking place from 10:00am to 4.30pm within the walled Elizabethan pleasure gardens. Re-live this wonderful period of motoring when technology was making great strides but vehicles retained their own unique identity. The Lotus Drivers Club will be hosting a unique display area at the event where we are inviting owners of Lotus, Lotus Seven, Caterham and VX200’s to join us. Booking details will be announced soon. Sunday 17 May 2020 Anglesey International GP Circuit The annual Anglesey track day is taking place on Sunday 17 May and is run by our friends at Lotus on Track who provide safe, reasonably priced and sociable track days for Lotus enthusiasts. Anglesey is one of the best circuits in the UK and well worth the effort to visit for a weekend. The day is being run in open pit lane format and is suitable for all experience levels. Well here’s a date for your calendar… We’re pleased to announce that the Lotus Drivers Club will be returning to the idyllic Wye Valley and Forest of Dean for a weekend driving adventure, including a display at the Coleford Carnival of Transport. Taking place over the Bank Holiday weekend from Saturday 11 – Monday 13 April 2020, the weekend will provide an opportunity for members to discover the area whilst relaxing in the evening at a historic, unmissable hotel. The Club has attended the established Coleford Carnival of Transport on many occasions and we’re excited to be returning. The show, now in its 23rd year, takes place on the streets of Coleford in the heart of the beautiful Forest of Dean on Easter Monday. If you haven’t had the good fortune to experience one of the Clubs popular Driving Adventures, we can assure you that you won’t be disappointed. They provide a driving experience where like-minded enthusiasts can drive their cars through beautiful scenery on some of the best driving roads enjoying great company along the way.
